Quotations

Quotations are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if item counts, access requirements or site details differ.

Testing scope

Testing covers accessible portable electrical equipment only. Fixed electrical installation testing is excluded. Nicolson PAT Services may refuse to test equipment where it is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable for the service, or where testing would create an unreasonable risk.

Repairs and failed items

Repairs are excluded unless agreed separately. Failed items will be labelled and reported. Failed items should be removed from use until repaired, replaced or retested.

Inspection condition

Testing confirms the condition of equipment at the time of inspection/testing only.

Payment

Payment is due according to the invoice terms.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring equipment is used and maintained correctly between inspection intervals.
